Every student in the Master of Professional Studies degree program is required to complete an Individual 发展 Plan (IDP) in cooperation with their employer and 项目主席.
You will be required to have a corporate mentor to participate in the IDP review. These requirements reflect the management development function of the degree program and provide degree candidates with access to senior executives in the industry.
