1.  WITHDRAWAL POLICIES

AFTER YOU AFTER YOU ARRIVE IN ITALY

  • If 你 decide to withdraw from 的 program 后 你 arrive in Italy, 你 必须 make an appointment with 的 Resident Director to discuss 你r reasons for withdrawal. It is important that 你r situation be reviewed carefully with 的 Resident Director as 你 may be experiencing normal adjustment problems that can be addressed without having to withdraw.
  • If 你 remain decided to withdraw from 的 program 后 你r discussion with 的 Resident Director, 你 必须 inform her of 你r decision in writing with a copy to 的 全球赌博十大网站 Director of International 项目 and 你r 全球赌博十大网站 department chair in New York. 你r withdrawal will be effective 的 day that 你 advise 的 Resident Director of 你r decision in writing.

2.  REFUND POLICIES

BEFORE INTERVIEW/ADVISEMENT/ACCEPTANCE LETTER

AFTER YOUR APPROVAL TO STUDY ABROAD WITH OIP

AFTER YOU HAVE ARRIVED AT YOUR HOST INSTITUTION

If 全球赌博十大网站 is required to cancel a program prior to departure due to unforeseen circumstances over which 全球赌博十大网站 has no control, students will be responsible for any financial commitments that have 是代表他们的 (non-refundable flight deposits or airfares, non-refundable hotel bookings, etc.).

Trip cancellation coverage requires very specific proof of insured conditions and each policy needs to be carefully evaluated.
